Redoing ductwork often necessary.
Proper air movement is crucial for efficiently moving air throughout your commercial or industrial space. Ductwork needs to match your exhaust system which can mean installing new sections and/or reconfiguring it so that it works better.
While we install all types of HVAC equipment, we have made ductwork installs and reconfigurations one of our specialties and here’s a few projects to prove it.
Ventilation specialist
- Re-Bath Puyallup-added duct work to an existing package unit to assist in temperature protection in his warehouse to keep a more constant temperature for his wood products.
- MOD Pizza in Gig Harbor (our 4th location)-provided complete ductwork and register installation, including the Captive Aire pizza oven hood and venting.
- America’s Best Eyewear (our 3rd location)-Trane rooftop equipment was set on the roof and complete ductwork and register installation was completed.
We’ve done multiple projects for chains like MOD Pizza, Starbucks, IHOP, McDonalds, etc. We work hard to complete jobs on time and on budget so they keep coming back to us for their next location.
Gas piping installations
Our range of services includes gas equipment, installing and reconfiguring gas piping, and related work. Here’s just two of our many installments that included gas piping.
- Seattle Downtown Apartment Complex-installed gas lines under their rooftop patio decking to provide gas service to two bbqs, fire pit table, and six overhead radiant heat lamps.
- Parmigan Ridge in Orting-gas piping plan for their classroom included gas piping installed to 9 modular classroom heaters.
Trane Rooftop heating & cooling systems
Commercial heating and cooling systems are often comprised of rooftop units along with proper ductwork to make it work at maximum efficiency.
- Lakeview Church-complete installation of Trane gas furnaces with AC during an expansion.
- Kent Doggie Daycare-installed Trane heating and cooling system with necessary ductwork connections to pass final mechanical inspection.
- Dollar Tree-removed the old 30-ton Trane unit from the roof (which was recycled), and installed five new roof curbs, rooftop units and ductwork package.

These projects used Trane equipment, which is one of the equipment manufacturers with which we have a long history and relationship. Please note we install all brands, makes or models of equipment that the project specs call for and do not limit ourselves to any one brand.
